Cajun Scallops
Combine cornmeal and Signature® Cajun seasoning. Dredge scallops in cornmeal.
Heat oil in saute pan. Add scallops and cook 5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Lemon Herb Sauce
Combine yogurt, sour cream, Durkee® salt-free all-purpose herb seasoning, lemon juice and Signature® granulated garlic. Serve scallops with Lemon Herb sauce and cucumber sticks.
