4-1/2 cups peanut oil
2-1/4 cups soy sauce
2-1/4 cups sherry
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
6 Tbsp grated ginger
1/4 cup orange zest
3 Tbsp minced garlic
Method
Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
Makes 9 cups.
