Method
Cut eggs in half, remove yolks from eggs and place in bowl. Mash with fork until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream and salt. Add one or more flavorings. Spoon or pipe mixture into cooked egg halves.
Prepare with one or more of the following flavorings: 2 Tbsp mustard, prepared 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish, 8 green onions, sliced thin 2 tsp dill weed, dried 2 tsp chives, dried 2 tsp horseradish, and prepared 2 tsp curry powder.
