Food Services of America, Boise to offer premium beef
Food Services of America, Boise will launch sales of the world's premium Angus beef, the Certified Angus Beef (CAB) brand, on February 3rd. Only 8% of all beef meets the CAB brand's strict quality specifications. FSA Boise will distribute the CAB brand throughout the eastern Oregon, south-central-eastern Idaho and northern Utah markets.

The company will offer a full line of CAB products including subprimals and all varieties of fresh cut, portion controlled steaks from its state-of-the-art processing facility. It will also offer CAB value added products.
