Chuck and Mitch are responsible for increasing brand awareness throughout both the Fargo and Minot branches.  They provide Associates and customers with the information they need to know about all our branded items.  From portion costs to product descriptions, Chuck and Mitch are  excellent sources for branded product information.


Vicki Dulmage Healthcare National Accounts Executive

Vicki oversees GPO accounts on a daily basis, along with helping other healthcare accounts with food cost information, menu planning ideas and budgeting tools.  Vicki also helps provide in-service training on
Firstlink.

Produce Specialist

Vicki's expertise in produce includes portion and servings costs, nutrition information, and menu and recipe suggestions. From weekly flyers and promotions to detailed phone messages, Vicki ensures that she provides both the FSA Customers and Sales Associates with the most up-to-date information regarding the produce market.

Mike Herzog
Chain, Bid and Contract Manager

In this role, Mike is responsible for National and Regional chain sales growth.  He oversees the North Dakota University Systems and major healthcare accounts. 

Marge Frazer
Disposables, Supplies & Equipment Specialist

Marge manages the inventory for all disposables and supplies.  She makes certain that our Associates and customers are equipped with the most innovative products to efficiently run their day-to-day operations.
