Dakota Group & UND

FSA Dakota Group is a key partner in the new Old Main Marketplace Food Court at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. The Food Court is located in the newly remodeled Old Main building which serves as the Student Union. The new Food Court will have four different dining venues for students and staff:

  • A & W Express
  • Sbarro Pizzaria
  • Dakota Deli
  • World Market

The Dakota Group is providing 100% of the products for Dakota Deli and World Market and is used as a secondary supplier for A&W and Sbarro. 

Dakota Deli offers made-to-order sandwiches, wraps, gourmet breads and soups. The deli will feature North Dakota products including Baker Boy breads and Cloverdale Meats.

World Market will feature rotating ethnic options including Mexican food and made-to-order Asian noodle bowls. 

The Marketplace Food Court also offers Grab 'n Go, with ready made sandwiches and pre-prepackaged healthful options. 100% of these products are also supplied by the FSA Dakota Group. 

In addition to the venues listed above, the Dakota Group also plays a key role in providing products for UND's dining service program as well as the The Stomping Grounds Coffee Shop.

There are 13,000 students enrolled at UND this year and 3,600 of these students participate in a meal plan.
