Basic Job Functions:

* Maintain customer base and range of products while increasing size of territory and developing new accounts.

* Take orders over the phone and call on customers to get orders from existing customers.

* Present new and creative menu ideas to customers.

* Perform customer collections to keep their accounts current. 

* Seek new accounts by calling owners and managers to establish contacts.

* Represent the company to customers in all aspects of the sales and distribution process.

Placement Criteria:

* Some college or equivalent experience required. 

* Food industry knowledge preferred.

* Good negotiation and presentation skills.

* Ability to prioritize and organize workload, and ability to work independently is essential.

* Fluency in Spanish required.
