* Call on existing and potential customers to sell FSA's services and products.
* Perform collections and customer account reviews to ensure that payments are made and payment entries are up-to-date.
* Compile weekly invoices for each load (chill, freeze, dry) for each driver.
* Set up office accounts procedures consistent with home office requirements. Maintain customer's files.
* Conduct monthly physical inventory and record all product received in the warehouse for the Alaska department.
* Deliver emergency items that a customer needs prior to the next delivery.
* Call on customers in person and by phone to check on service and quality of product received.
* Promote products that are selected by Merchandising Team for FSA.
* Other duties as assigned.
