NEW Rio Viejo Guacamole
A south of the border sensation!
1-1/2 lbs. - Misty Isle Ground Beef
4 tsp. - Rio Viejo Sliced Jalapeno Chilies, chopped
Handling the chuck as little as possible, divide it into 1/4's, shape each 1/4 into a ball and with your thumb make a depression in the center of each ball. Fill each depression with 2 ounces of the cheese and 1 teaspoon of the chilies and form the meat around the cheese mixture into a 1-inch thick patty.
Season the hamburger with salt and black pepper and grill them on an oiled hot grill pan to your liking.
Transfer the hamburger to the buns and top them with the guacamole.
