Alaska King Crab with Pine Nut Butter

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups butter
3 cups bread crumbs, lightly toasted
6 Tbsp parsley, chopped
6 Tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted, pulverized with a rolling pin
6 cloves garlic, smashed into a puree
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cayenne pepper 
Salt and white pepper, to taste
24 Alaska King Crab split legs, thawed if necessary 
Lemon wedges, as needed

Method
Let butter soften at room temperature. Combine 1-1/2 cups bread crumbs with parsley, pine nuts and garlic. Stir in butter and lemon juice. Season to taste with cayenne, salt and pepper.
 
Remove crab meat from each crab leg. Lightly sprinkle inside of each shell with remaining bread crumbs. Return the meat with enough pine nut butter to cover.
 
For each serving: Bake one buttered crab leg at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Cut into 4-6 inch lengths and serve with lemon wedges.
