Alaska Surimi Seafood Nachos

Ingredients
5-1/4 lbs tortilla chips
4-1/2 qts refried beans, warm, canned
4-1/2 qts medium salsa, prepared
4-1/2 lbs Alaska Surimi Seafood chunks, mini cuts or shredded, thawed if necessary
3 cups ripe pitted olives, sliced
4-1/2 qts Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
6 avocados, peeled, pitted and quartered

Method
For each serving: Portion 3-1/2 oz tortilla chips onto oven-proof plate. Top with 3/4 cups refried beans, 3/4 cup salsa, 3 oz Surimi seafood, 2 Tbsp olives and 3/4 cup cheese. Broil 5-6 inches from heat until cheese is hot and bubbly. Garnish with 1 quarter avocado, diced.
