Method
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and mustard and blend. Press yolk mixture through pastry tube with star tip or use 2 tsp full to fill egg whites. Sprinkle almonds on top or substitute any nut desired.
