Amish Baked Eggs

Amish Baked Eggs

Ingredients
8 slices bread
1 lb ham, bacon or sausage
2 cups shredded Cheddar
1-1/3 cups Easy Eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 cup cornflakes
1/2 stick butter

Method
Crumble slices of bread into greased 9 x 13" pan. Add ham, bacon or sausage. Add grated cheese. Another layer of bread can be added here if desired. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over the top of bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before cooking, sprinkle with cornflakes. Melt butter and pour over top layer of cornflakes. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 300 degrees F.
