Method
Heat conventional oven to 400 degrees F, convection oven to 350 degrees F. Bake pie on sheet pan until browned, 65 to 70 minutes in a conventional oven, 50 to 55 minutes in a convection oven, with blower fan on low; cool.
To serve, top each pie slice with 2 oz warm
Ginger Sauce; sprinkle lightly with cinnamon, nutmeg and 1 tsp crystallized ginger.
