Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip
Sport this all-time favorite on late night and starter menus.

Serves: 8

Ingredients
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
Chopped tomatoes (optional)
Sliced green onions (optional)
Tortilla chips, crackers or assorted cocktail bread slices

Method
Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and onions, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or assorted cocktail bread slices.
 
Variations
Spicy Artichoke Dip
Prepare as directed, adding 4 oz chopped green chilies, drained and 1 clove garlic, minced.
 
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Prepare as directed, adding 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained.
