Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 pkgs Wontons
1-1/2 cups cooking oil
1 Tbsp Signature® Garlic Salt
3 lbs Napa cabbage or leaf lettuce, shredded
2-1/2 Tbsp Signature® Cilantro
3 lbs chicken, cooked, diced
12 oz carrots, julienne cut
6 oz red cabbage, finely shredded
9 oz red onion, julienne cut
1 lb, 2 oz green pepper, julienne cut
3 Tbsp Signature® Black Sesame Seeds
3 cups Asian salad dressing

Method

Cut wontons into thin strips. Heat oil and add a handful of wonton strips. Cook until brown, 1-2 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Continue with remaining wontons.

Combine Napa cabbage and cilantro. Divide among salad plates. Top with chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle with Signature® Black Sesame Seeds. Drizzle with Asian salad dressing. Garnish with wonton strips.
