Asian Chili-Garlic Sauce

2-1/4 qts cider vinegar
22 oz honey
2 cups green onion, chopped
3/4 cup ginger, fresh, minced
2/3 cup Asian garlic chili paste or sauce
10 oz sesame oil

Method
In a large bowl, combine vinegar, honey, onion, ginger and garlic chili paste or sauce; stir to mix thoroughly.
 
Using a whisk, slowly drizzle in sesame oil while whisking sauce to combine. Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Serve at room temperature. If sauce has been stored, whisk again just before service.
