Method
Partially thaw asparagus. Chop asparagus into 1/4-inch pieces and combine with remaining ingredients. Place in airtight container. Chill thoroughly, about 3 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
Yield: 1-3/4 qts.
Size of Serving: 2 Tbsp.
Note: Substitute 2 lb 8oz fresh asparagus for frozen. Trim, wash and cut into 2-inch pieces. Steam about 5 minutes or until just crisp-tender. Quickly cool in ice water and drain. Prepare using above method.
