Method
Heat conventional oven to 400; convection to 350. Bake pie on sheet pan until browned, 60 to 65 minutes in a conventional oven, 55 to 60 minutes in a convection oven, with blower fan on. Cool. To plate, spoon 1-1/2 oz Cider Fruit Sauce over each pie slice; top with large dollops of whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
