Avocado n Olive Tostaditos

Avocado 'n' Olive Tostaditos

Ingredients

6 oz California ripe olive wedges
2 lbs avocado, peeled, chopped
1 lb tomato, seeded, chopped
1-1/2 cups green onions, minced
4 oz canned mild chilies, diced
2 Tbsp canned jalapenos, diced
2 Tbsp chili powder
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
100 tortilla chips, round
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

Combine first eight ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.

Cover. Chill at least several hours. Portion about 1 tablespoon (#64 scoop) olive mixture onto each tortilla chip.

Sprinkle each tostadita with a pinch of shredded cheese.
