Baked Brie with Cajun Spices
Serves:

Ingredients
8 oz Brie wheel at room temperature
2-3 tsp Cajun spices
Crusty bread
Method
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Place Brie on a shallow oven-proof serving plate. Sprinkle with spices. Bake until Brie is warm and soft to the touch, about 4 minutes. Take care not to overheat. Serve with bread.
Makes one baked Brie.
