3 Tbsp butter1 Tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp allspice1 Tbsp orange liqueur, like Curacao3 bananas, peeled, sliced in halfShredded coconut
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the sugar and allspice and stir well. Add the liqueur. Saute the bananas until lightly golden on both sides. Serve sprinkled with shredded coconut.
