Basic Tomato Pizza

Basic Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
1 pkg dry active yeast
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup warm tap water
3 cups flour
1/4 cup olive oil
Cheese
Tomatoes
Seasonings

Method
Dissolve yeast, salt, and sugar in warm tap water.  Let set 10 min. Add the olive oil.  Add to flour and stir until incorporated.  Add an additional 1 cup of flour, knead until in bread consistency.  Let raise in warm spot for a half hour.  Form onto pizza or cookie pan and let raise another half hour.  When raised to desired size, bake crust in 500 degree F oven until it starts to turn brown. 
 
Sprinkle with olive oil and cheeses.  Top with tomatoes, salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, parsley (or Italian seasoning).  Bake in 500 degree F oven until done.
 
Makes two 9-inch pizzas.
