Beer-Steamed Alaska Snow Crab

Ingredients
3-1/2 qts water
12 oz beer
4 each Alaska Snow Crab clusters, thawed if necessary
Cider vinegar
French fries or oven fries, if desired
Method
In large pot, bring water and beer to a boil. Add Alaska Snow Crab and cook 5 minutes, until well heated. Remove crab from pot.
Serve with a shaker of cider vinegar and French fries or oven fries, if desired.
Yields: 4 servings.
