Big Beef Tacos

Big Beef Tacos

Ingredients
12 Mission Taco Shells
5 romaine leaves, shredded
3 tomatoes, sliced
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt sour cream
2 avocados, peeled, seeded, cut into cubes
1 lb ground beef
1 pkt of Signature Spicy Taco Seasoning
2/3 cup water

Method
In a large skillet, brown ground beef until crumbly, drain fat. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water, blend well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer. Cover 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, when cooked, drain. Spoon meat filling into taco shells, place on baking sheet at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
 
To serve, have diners assemble their own tacos at the table using remaining ingredients.
