Method
In a large skillet, brown ground beef until crumbly, drain fat. Add taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water, blend well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer. Cover 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, when cooked, drain. Spoon meat filling into taco shells, place on baking sheet at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
To serve, have diners assemble their own tacos at the table using remaining ingredients.
