Method
Place beans in a bowl, partially mash until chunky. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté four minutes or until tender. Add beans, tomatoes, picante sauce, cumin, chili powder, and Durkeer Grill Creations Smokey Seasoning to the onion and garlic mixture. Cook five minutes or until thick.
Add cheese, cilantro and lime juice to mixture. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Yields: 3 cups.
