Black Sesame Salmon

Black Sesame Salmon

Ingredients
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp Signature® Ground Mustard Seed
1/2 tsp Signature® Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Signature® Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Signature® Black Sesame Seeds
8 each Salmon steaks (6-8 oz)

Method

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil, mustard, ginger, garlic and Signature® Black Sesame Seeds. Add salmon and marinate for at least 1 hour. Refrigerate.

Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.

Broil or grill salmon 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Garnish with additional Signature® Black Sesame Seeds, if desired.
