Method
Blend garlic and olive oil. For each serving, brush 2 Tbsp oil on a pizza crust. Bake pizza at 425 degrees F for 5 minutes; remove from oven.
For each crust: Sprinkle approximately 2 tsp lemon juice over 6 oz crab; toss to blend. Spread crab over crust. Sprinkle on 1/4 cup (1/2 oz) sliced green onions, 3 oz thin sliced (about 10 to 12) roma tomato slices, 3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded cheeses, and 1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and thoroughly heated through.
Yield: 50 (6 to 8 ") pizzas.
