Ingredients
5 lbs blue cheese, crumbles
5 lbs cream cheese, room temperature
2-1/2 lbs butter, unsalted, cubed and at room temperature
3 lemons, fresh squeezed
2/3 cup white wine, dry
1 Tbsp Tabasco Brand sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Method
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer, using a paddle on low speed, until all ingredients are incorporated. Place the mixture in air tight containers and refrigerate (if being made in advance), or use immediately.
Serve as a dip with crusty breads and fresh vegetables.
