Method
Arrange chicken breasts in a 2-or-3-qt rectangular baking dish. Add 1/2 cup water; cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Drain.
In a bowl, combine soups, remaining water, and seasonings; mix well. Stir in onion, celery, and peppers. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and chicken juices run clear (or insert instant read meat thermometer in thickest part of chicken. Temperature should read 170 degrees F).
Serve over egg noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
