Brie Baked with Cheddar, Port & Walnuts
This recipe features the cheese as a warm and enticing appetizer that will add sparkle to any holiday feast.

Ingredients
8 oz California brie wheel
1/2 cup California cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp port wine
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
1 Tbsp honey

Method
Cut brie in half horizontally; reserve. Finely shred cheddar cheese. Mix cheddar with port. Spread cheddar mixture over bottom piece of Brie. Put top half of Brie on cheddar mixture; reserve. Bake at 500 degrees F until brie is just warm and soft to the touch, about 5 minutes.
