Method
Pour eggs into a medium mixing bowl. Add broccoli, onion, 1/4 cup parmesan, milk, salt, basil and garlic powder. Pour into ungreased 11 x 7 x 2" baking dish. Arrange tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in a 325 degree F oven until set, about 25-30 minutes.
Yields: 6 servings.
