8 tomatoes, medium, diced
6 garlic cloves, sliced thin
24 basil leaves, sliced thin
4 oz olive oil
Salt and Black pepper, to taste
Method
Combine all ingredients and marinate for two hours. Serve with assorted Food Services of America and Keebler crackers.
