Buffalo Sauce

Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4-1/3 cup crumbled Blue, Feta or Mexican cheese
1 Tbsp each lemon juice & white vinegar
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbsp green onion, minced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, lemon juice, vinegar, minced parsley, onion and garlic and seasonings. Refrigerate.
 
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
 
Serve with Buffalo Shrimp or use as a dipping sauce for chicken wings.
