Method
Melt butter over medium-high heat in a small stockpot; add flour and whisk to combine. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Add cream and heat until thickened, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
Add Signature® Cajun Seasoning, Signature® Celery Salt, scallops, shrimp and mushrooms. Simmer for 7-10 minutes to heat through and cook scallops.
Stir in sherry and garnish with Signature® Parsley Flakes.
