Serve as a filling in small sandwiches made with mini bagels, party rye bread or petite rolls. Add any of the following: sliced Roma tomato, red onion, sprouts or lettuce, and thin slices of turkey or ham.
Use as an appetizer to fill or spread on assorted fresh vegetables (red or green sweet bell pepper squares, mushroom caps, hollowed-out cherry tomatoes, thick cucumber slices, or Belgian endive leaves) and garnish as desired with fresh herbs.
