California Avocado and Roasted Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
6 California avocados
1/3 cup lemon juice
4 heads roasted garlic
1/2 Tbsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp dried oregano
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
Roughly mash avocados (texture should not be smooth). Fold remaining ingredients into avocado.
Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend together.
Yield: 24 servings (1/4 cup each).
