California Fresh Fruit Kabobs with Lemon & Cayenne

Ingredients
4 halved and pitted fresh California plums
4 halved and pitted fresh California peaches
4 halved and pitted fresh California nectarines
2 juiced lemons
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 mint sprig (optional)

Method

Cut each half of fruit into thirds. Place fruit in medium bowl, add lemon juice and cayenne pepper; mix well. Marinate fruit for 1 hour. On a skewer, alternate fruit wedges; chill. Garnish with mint sprig if desired.
