Method
Blend margarine, thyme and coriander, if desired. Brush about 1 tsp margarine on one side of each bread slice. On unbuttered side of each of 100 slices, layer: Cheese slice, one-half cup apple slices, cheese slice, bread slice, spread side out.
Grill each sandwich over low heat until cheese melts and bread is golden.
Contribution to School Lunch Requirement Per Serving: 1-1/2 oz meat alternate, 1/2 cup fruit, 2 bread servings.
