Method
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour boiling water over salt, sugar and shortening. Stir; add milk, yeast and eggs. Add half the flour; beat. Add rest of flour and beat again. Let rise until doubled, add cheese and beat again.
Place in greased loaf pan, let rise until doubled. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
