Method
Use a variety of cheeses with different colors and textures. Cut the cheeses in various-shaped, bite-size pieces. Allow 3 to 4 oz of cheese per person.
Arrange the cheese pieces in the center of a large paint palette (available at any art store). Serve with 1/2 cup of a dipping sauce.
To add extra flair, serve in small, brightly colored bowls.
Sauces: salsa, guacamole, barbecue sauce, spinach dip, honey mustard, and hummus. Arrange around the cheese and for fun, garnish with paintbrushes.
