Cheese Surprise Twice Baked Potatoes
This signature twice-baked potato recipe is easy to prepare and simply delicious, stuffed with a wonderful mixture of mashed potatoes with chives and shredded cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
20 Lamb's Natural Baked Half Shells
5 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 lbs Lamb's Supreme Mashed Potatoes
Paprika, to taste
Chives, as needed

Method
Heat mashed potatoes per case instructions in microwave, kettle of boiling water or steam cabinet. 
 
Arrange Natural Baked Half Shells on baking sheets. Place 1 Tbsp cheese into each shell. Pipe or spoon 3 oz mashed potatoes into each shell. Sprinkled with paprika.
 
To serve, bake at 350 degrees F (convection oven) for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned or bake at 425 degrees F (conventional oven) for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly chopped chives as garnish.
