Chicken Cordon Bleu with Sauce Jardiniere
Tender chicken breast with smoky Canadian-style bacon, Swiss cheese and light coating of toasted bread crumbs.

Ingredients
12 Tyson Specialties Chicken Cordon Bleu, 7-oz, frozen
1/2 cup butter
1 cup red bell peppers, julienned
1 cup green bell peppers, julienned
1 cup mushrooms, fresh, sliced
1 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup flour
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp ground sage
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Method
Place chicken on lightly greased or parchment-lined baking pan(s). Bake in preheated conventional oven at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Keep warm above 140 degrees F. 
 
Sauté red and green bell peppers, mushrooms and green onions in butter over medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add flour to saucepan. Mix well. Cook over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly add chicken broth and milk to saucepan, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients to saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Keep warm. To serve, ladle sauce over chicken.
