5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed3 cups watermelon, cubed3 cups pears, cored and cubed1/2 lb sliced mushrooms1/2 lb bleu cheese, crumbled1/2 pt low-calorie Italian dressing1 head iceberg lettuce
