Method
Spread Signature Homestyle Chili evenly in a 13 x 9" baking pan. Warm at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove chili from oven and keep warm.
To make cornmeal crust, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat milk and eggs together and add to dry ingredients. Then add melted butter and cheese. Mix well. Spoon cornmeal mixture evenly over the top of warmed chili. Return to oven and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cornbread is browned.
