Method
Deep fry CrissCut Fries (350-360 degrees) for 2-1/2 to 2-3/4 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Spread chili on top. Top with chicken and cheese. Melt cheese in broiler, cheese melter or salamander. Garnish with tomatoes, jalapenos and green onions. Serve with guacamole and salsa. For individual serving: on heatproof plate, spread 1 cup chili in center. Top with 2 oz chicken and 2 oz cheese. Place under broiler, cheese melter or salamander for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish with 1 oz tomatoes, jalapenos and 1/2 oz green onions. Surround with CrissCut Fries and serve with guacamole and salsa. Yield: 12 (1/2 cup) servings.
