Chocolate Raisin Crinkles

Method
Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add to mixture alternately with milk. Add raisins and nuts. Chill several hours. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F about 15 minutes; do not overbake. Allow to cool slightly before removing from pan.
