Method
In a blender container combine banana, chocolate fat free skim milk, low-fat ice cream, and instant malted milk powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
Yields: 2 (8 oz) servings.
For bar applications, add one or combination of the following: Creme de Menthe, Creme de Cacao, Godiva, Grand Marnier, or Irish Mint. Serve in a hurricane glass.
