Method
In a blender container combine banana, chocolate fat free skim milk, and peanut butter. Cover and blend until smooth. Add low-fat ice cream. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately.
Yields: 2 (10 oz) servings.
For a bar application, add one or combination of the the following: Baileys Irish Cream; Kahula; Tia Maria; Vandermint; Banana Liquer or Frangelico.
Serve in a snifter or tulip stemware.
