Classic Buffalo Wings

Classic Buffalo Wings
An ample portion of Buffalo-sauced Wings of Fire is balanced with the cool tastes of crisp celery, mixed bell pepper strips, and chunky bleu cheese dipping sauce.

Ingredients
9 lbs Tyson Chicken Wings
1 qt bleu cheese salad dressing
1 cup bleu cheese crumbles
2 tsp hot sauce
20 red peppers
20 yellow peppers
20 green peppers
60 celery sticks

Method
Heat wings in preheated conventional oven at 400 degrees F for 18 to 20 minutes or until fully heated (or heat in preheated convection oven at 375 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes). Remove from oven. Keep warm above 140 degrees F.
 
Bleu cheese dipping sauce: Combine salad dressing, blue cheese crumbles and pepper sauce in bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and chill to hold.
 
To assemble single serving: Portion 1/4 cup blue cheese sauce in bell pepper half and place in center of plate. Arrange 6 chicken wings, 3 celery sticks, and 3 bell pepper strips (one of each color) around sauce. Note: Use lower halves of bell peppers for sauce containers; use upper halves for strips.
